1. Comunicating with customer about the work condition,using special design and analysis software,analyzing reliability under all kinds of cases and calculating service life. 

2. Clearly specify the raw material and specification of forging manufacturer and the material must be in accordance with international or national standards

3. Heat treatment use medium frequency quenching to guarantee the hardness and depth of quenching.Using colored flaw detection to prevent failure.
