We communicate with customers about the application of the bearing, which is installed at the lower end of a column to drive the rotation of the column. The post is more than 1.5 meters high, with video footage at the top. The problem is that the video lens is shaking, which affects the shooting effect.
Through the customer's diagram, we have analyzed and calculated the bearing capacity and force deformation of the bearing. The former bearing design can not meet the requirements of the application, the internal clearance of the bearing is large, and when the bearing is subjected to partial load, the inclination angle of the bearing is large, which leads to the unstable rotation of the bearing.
According to the above analysis, we have redesigned the bearing diagram and calculation results for the customer, and the customer thinks that the problem can be solved reasonably. So he placed an order with us for a batch of products. After we finished the product sample, we did a simulation test-bed test, and the swing was less than the customer requirements. The customer is satisfied and the batch products are delivered smoothly.
